Good customer service skills and excellent at prompt communication. Easy to deal with and much easier than any other home mortgage lender I've dealt with over the years.

The agencies recommended from the Veterans United portal are overpriced and do not help with military. Also while on TDY I kept recieving phone calls instead of texts where I wasnt supposed to be on a phone and had no access to a computer.
