The guys are very knowledgeable in there area, but when 1 person in the loan process is out/ of office there is a breakdown of communication and a lack of other team members able to just step up, availability for the team member for Jhonny was for pour.
He is such a gracious and professional individual. He went above and beyond for us. He was on top of every single thing.
