Joyce Kulakowski was born and raised in a suburb of Philadelphia and relocated to Missouri where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at William Woods University.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her two adult daughters and son-in-law, and her rescue dog, Stewie. She also enjoys traveling and has visited Greece, Italy, S. Africa and Qatar and plans to add numerous more countries to that list. Most of all she enjoys visiting her siblings and mom in Philly and visiting Hershey Park with them. She relocated to St. Louis from Columbia, MO late 2021 and is enjoying all the new adventures the city has to offer.

Being from a military family herself with her mom having served in the Navy and her dad and brother in the Army she is passionate about working with those who have also served. With over 9 years of experience in mortgage lending she looks forward to helping veterans and our active service members achieve the dream of home ownership and welcoming them to our Veterans United family!
