Our team was beyond amazing for every step of the process. Sarah was so quick with her response time, always making sure we had speedy answers. Kim was incredibly patient, kind and thoughtful as she assisted us in the fine tuning paperwork part of finding our dream home. She always had an answer to every question and if she didn’t, she went out of her way to connect us to anyone we could possibly need. Kim broke down anything confusing into quick, easy to understand terms that we were beyond grateful for in an already daunting process. She was above and beyond kind to us and inclusive of our family, allowing us to feel she was truly here for us, advocating nonstop to ensure we got everything we needed information wise. Kim made an overwhelming, life altering adventure not so scary. We will forever be indebted to our team for everything they did for us and couldn’t be more grateful for them.

I could talk all day about my experience with Kim and still not say all the good things I’d like to say. I told her, and will say here, I could not have been more lucky to have Kim in my corner as I went through the home buying process. She was incredibly diligent, extremely thorough, always ahead of the curve, never left me in the dark, was always there when I had questions or concerns, constantly reached out to provide updates. The list goes on and on. If the other loan officers working for Veterans United are even half as competent as Kim is, the organization is in incredible hands.
