Lindsey was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Even when my then current mortgage company realized I was refinancing and they were scrambling to keep my business, she actively helped me by walking through what they were trying to offer, identified that their costs were going to be higher and were trying to 'lure' me with what seemed a lower rate, when in actuality they were charging me to 'buy down' that rate.Lindsey was calm and I felt appreciated and happy to continue on with her as my loan officer.
