Madison was absolutely exceptional throughout our entire home-buying journey. From start to finish, she worked tirelessly for months to ensure we made it to closing, despite the many hurdles we faced being located overseas the entire time. What could have been an incredibly stressful and complicated process felt manageable because of her dedication, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to helping us succeed. She consistently went above and beyond… navigating time zone differences, keeping everything on track, and advocating for us every step of the way. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which gave us total confidence even from afar.Simply put, we would not have a home to return to without Madison. Her professionalism, persistence, and genuine care made all the difference. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough.
This is the second house she helped me get. The process was quick and easy and Madison actually cares about me. Hard to find service like that. And I know because I sell cars and I provide world class service!
Madison made the loan process incredibly easy to follow and understand. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and walked us through the whole process.
There is a lot of room for improvement in the communication between the loan officer and loan coordinator. We were often asked to submit or answer the same questions multiple times. The roles of the loan officer and loan coordinator were not always clear and made the home selling/buying process lengthy and cumbersome. This made an already stressful time more challenging. The tone and intensity of some of the communications from the Veterans United team was a little excessive and not always respectful.
We were also quoted a reasonably lower interest rate on the initial application, only to learn that the estimated interest rate had to be “bought down” which was not a nice surprise.
We did appreciate the time that was taken to find us the best insurance rates for our home and auto. This process was smooth and seamless.
Thank you Veterans United and all the staff that helped me in accomplishing my goal in purchasing my house. Madison and Sarah were very patient and worked to push the process thru with very few hiccups. I will recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to purchase a home.
Wonderful team that answered all my questions quickly. Easy to communicate with and also was flexible with my late shift work style. Would highly recommend Madison and Rachel.
Buying a house is never easy, nor is it quick. Full of terms we weren’t taught, and things we have to look for we would’ve never known about otherwise. Madison and Nick made this process so much easier to understand. They kept me informed and kept the process moving smoothly.
