The only thing I would add, is to make certain the buyer knows that the credit score they see in apps like "Credit Karma" is not the score mortgage lenders use. It can come as a bit of a surprise.

My loan officer was more than epic !! He turned out to be a friend!! He listened to me and calmed me down when I was stressed !! Which was alot !! I pretty much had to do alot of work myself in getting this home ..but Matt ..I can't say enough about him !! He's my kind of people !
