Absolutely I want to give a shout out!! The entire team was fantastic. But a extra shout out to Matthew he was always available to me by text or phone. Even when I called and he was out of the office and I texted he got right back to me. He singly handedly made this the most exceptional experience I have ever had with getting a loan of any type!! Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go into great detail if I have any questions. Exsample being my last mortgage payment increased before I refi my current loan. I wanted to understand what happens with any over payment that goes to escrow. Matthew took the time to explain the protocol for the escrow even though I was refinancing that loan. All around Great Service as always from Matthew.

He stayed on top of any documents required and communicated with me on all updates and just to check in. He was able to get condo approval within a few weeks from start to finish. He assured me that he was with me every step of the way. From there, securing a rate was the next major step for me, I waited it out and he communicated with me at all changes in the market. TOP NOTCH service and commitment to my house buying experience! He changed the local perception as well for Veteran's United.
