Thank you all
You made the whole process easy and all of the team did an excellent job.
The whole team has been nothing but helpful through out the whole process. I could not have asked for a better team.
Extremely helpful.
My closing date was set for months of June 28, 2024 and I was told all I needed was to verify that the closing funds were in my account no later than the day before. Then everything went south! I was asked for a different HO policy when I submitted weekend prior... If that policy was not correct I should have been notified earlier, not the day before closing. Then June 28th passed, the team went silent... No calls, emails, or texts. July 1, 2024 comes and I rescheduled due closing yet again, Under writers still asking for documents (payoff statements) I had rented an Uhaul, when I had for 4 days, because my team pretty much abandoned me. When I was finally able to close, Miranda did not call, she informed my realtor that I needed to review documents in my portal. This was crazy because I was supposed to close at 1:30pm. I had to call/text Miranda to ask if I was going to close because the attorney's office closes soon. Miranda responded, 'what time does it close?' I didn't not hear back from her or the team. My realtor called me because she was sitting at the attorney's office to tell me the packet has finally arrived. I noticed the numbers changed and had to rich to the bank to get additional funds to close right before closing. I could have been called to be prepared and notified to look at paperwork. Danielle pretty much abandoned me by refusing to answer any calls, her middle of communication was email at her own pace. No apologies were sent, but Miranda did think it was important to call my sister who was planning to use UV and changed her mind due to my experience. She should have been expediting my closing since I was given 4 different days to close when the original concern was for me to only have funds in my account. On a good note, Alex tried and was operating in hours that his teammates would respond to me.
Great customer service. She was there to answer all questions and made the whole process easy. Outstanding job!
