EXTREMELY professional, prompt, timely, and took the anxiety out of purchasing a home. Love the personality and his ability to get on top of things right away. Very responsive when me and my wife needed him. He always checked in to make sure that we understood what part of the process we were in and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions that we need to ask. EXACTLy what I would expect of an organization that serves veterans!!!

I think Ryan tried really hard to keep things moving along and stay in communication. I think overall I got the feeling he was kind of swimming upstream against a system or other folks that weren’t really working. He got some good stuff done for us but in the end some of what what promised didn’t play out the way he urged they would.
