EXTREMELY professional, prompt, timely, and took the anxiety out of purchasing a home. Love the personality and his ability to get on top of things right away. Very responsive when me and my wife needed him. He always checked in to make sure that we understood what part of the process we were in and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions that we need to ask. EXACTLy what I would expect of an organization that serves veterans!!!
I think Ryan tried really hard to keep things moving along and stay in communication. I think overall I got the feeling he was kind of swimming upstream against a system or other folks that weren’t really working. He got some good stuff done for us but in the end some of what what promised didn’t play out the way he urged they would.
Ryan was always there to answer any questions and was very friendly! Really enjoyed working with him. He ensured a smooth home buying process! Thanks!
RYAN AS WELL AS TGE WHOLE TEAM WORKED HARD, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EVEN THOUGH THE HOLIDAYS TO GET US IN OUR FOREVER HOME BY JAN 31ST.! WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR RYAN AS WELL AS HIS TEAM, JONATHAN, AMANDA AND NICOLE...
I don’t know where it happened or by whom, but our appraisal took about 2 weeks longer to get than it should. This caused our closing to be delayed by 1 week. This is quite inconvenient to say the least. I was sent the appraisal review preference document, where you determine the length of time you would like to review the appraisal, two times. The first time I elected the 3 day period. When I received the document the second time I had not choice but to elect the 1 day period because it was about 3 days before closing. Still, the appraisal was not received before the initial closing date. It was not received until the day after. Then another day delay waiting for something else to go through. Blah blah blah. We lived out of packed bags for a week because of this delay. As far as the realtor, she was a very sweet lady. However, I am not really sure what a realtors job is supposed to be, but it appears that they schedule the initial showing of the house so you can look at it. Then they show up for the walk throughs and the closing. Pretty sure I could have done this on my own unless I am missing a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes work that went on.All in all I would recommend VU to someone else with one caveat, they need to stay on their representative team to ensure that everything is on schedule for closing. VU needs to have a calendar sort of day by day breakdown of what is being done and when. That way the buyer can ensure that documents and services are being rendered in a timely fashion in case someone else has dropped the ball and needs to be reminded.
Ryan was excellent and communicated with me throughout the whole process
Glory to God and bless you all, thanks again.
