Simply amazing. I filled out the application at 12 and Suzanne called me at 12:01 (exaggeration but sort of true). She had helped me with my first home and I was glad she was handling my second home. She is just the best and I’m lucky to have her be my loan officer.

Answered any questions we had and was very helpful by working on finding us the best deal.

On a personable level the team was very good, however timelines and communication was a lot to be desired especially when it came to requirements for employment. I also had issues with qualifying for the loan in conjunction with my student loans and was given conflicting information on multiple occasions on weather paying off the loan would effect my timeline.

I was provided an amazing team that helped me every step of the way. If it wasn’t for them I would not have been able to get my home so quick and effortless. Suzanne was amazing to talk to and so were the rest of her team. Constantly in contact and very helpful in every decision made!!
