Excellent work. My only recommendation would be for the loan team to be even more explanatory about the process, especially for first timers. We're military. We're used to getting excessively detailed instructions. We won't take it as an insult to our intelligence.

Any questions or concerns were answered almost immediately. The whole team made it very easy and stress free throughout the entire process.
