I have a huge problem with the appraisal company. Some how, some way, they got my estranged father’s cellphone and texted him with my name and the address of the property. We have no relationship and I certainly did not include his contact information anywhere. I don’t know if they have any obligation towards privacy but this was the least professional break in trust possible my contact information was listed on every form. We have different first names. When I inquired to where they got the number he didn’t have an answer. If I wasn’t afraid it would hold up the sale I would have made a much larger issue.

My husband and I needed to refinance our house to help us financially. We were referred to VU from my inlaws based on their experience we decided to call. Nichole and Mason have been amazing. We tried our original mortgage company since we were established with them. They denied us immediately (even though we have been with them for 9 years and never missed a payment) and they didn't even come back with a counter offer. Once we contacted VU the team really worked with us and helped us with ever step that needed to be taken. Every question was answered and our initial goal was exceeded. Now was can get back to living and enjoying life without having such a stress from finances. Truly, this team is AMAZING!

We liked having the ability to provide our required documents electronically. As well as knowing exactly what was needed/remained to do/sign/gather etc. was straight forward.We’ve done this loan thing a few times and this was by far our best experience.
