Like I said before this was the best team I have ever been on. Everyone was awesome and professional very quick to respond and get things done. I’m naming this team the dream team. Veteran United is the best place to buy a house. I have a beautiful house thanks to Veterans United.
When we first started this process, we weren’t sure we were going to get approved. Patty helped us get through the first obstacle and from there, greg and his team took over. Everything has been a smooth process and the amount stress reduced throughout each process from how well the team communicated and assisted us was the definition of excellence. Great job everyone and we thank you from out hearts in helping us achieve our dream and expanding our family.
I had nothing but a wonderful experience with veterans united. Buying a home is a tedious and overwhelming process. I would rather low crawl through mud and barbed wire under enemy fire than go through that process without a team to support me. My team at veterans laid down the cover fire to get me through the trenches with ease. I'd strap on my ruck and storm the beaches with veterans again without hesitation.

There was a unique situation with my gift documentation, and insurance. Rob was very patient as we scurried to satisfy the insurance requirements. The daily additional document requirements for the gift were frustrating for myself, the gift donor and perhaps the loan team as well. However, we persevered and I have learned how to proceed if I should want to obtain another loan with them in the future. Matt is a great leader, and very professional in reassuring a first time homebuyer. I highly recommend his team.
John, Lori, Mark and Kate were absolutely awesome. I can’t say enough kind words about this team. I genuinely appreciate each and every one of them!
