Zach, Anna and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure Sam and I were taken care of during our whole house search/buying process. We were searching for a house for 3 years. During this time my husband and I went through so many life milestones. Getting engaged, getting married, a year-long deployment, reintegration, and now welcoming our first child. And the whole time Veterans United was there to help us with anything and everything. After we closed on our house I quite literally looked over at my husband and said, "I really thought buying a house was going to be a way more complicated process. I thought we would have sleepless nights with so many crazy decisions to make"...but we didn't have that. Instead, everything was so streamlined and all our questions were quickly answered when we had any. It made me realize how great of a team we had on all ends. Thank you so much! I will admit that I was skeptical as a first-time home buyer, however every team member pulled their weight and never forgot about me or my family. I learned a lot during the process as they were open to explaining anything that I had a question about and would find out and call me back if the information wasn't readily available. I hope to work with them on future purchase.
