I was wrong. The promptness of my Loan Officer and her team was impressive. The effectiveness of the communication system, their process, and the staff were nothing short of exceptional. This was not an easy home to buy given the current market conditions, but having this team from Veterans United made this experience substantially less painful. I am not sure if we would have made it to close if it wasn't for the loan team. Their positive and consistent communication practices earned their weight in gold. Thank you!
