Deanna Williams did a horrendous job of communicating accurate information to my wife and I throughout the closing process. Despite my constant calls to ensure that we were on track for closing, Deanna’s lack of subject matter competence compromised our closing at a critical time in the closing process. I suggest retraining for Deanna. On the other hand, Kollin King was exemplary as our lone office. I would recommend him to anyone looking to complete the process of securing a lone and closing on a home. Thank you Kollin for everything that you did.
We had a great experience with the home buying process I was always told that it was extremely stressful but I was not stressed to much at all with all the services and help it was amazing, I am hoping it continues with mortgage and insurance on how to pay and how exactly escrow works.
I cannot express enough how awesome Brandon and his team were for me. They made this the easiest home buy that I have ever gone through!

When we first started this process, we weren’t sure we were going to get approved. Patty helped us get through the first obstacle and from there, greg and his team took over.
