Anyone looking to purchase a home would be an absolute fool not to use the best their is.I have bought six houses ,never had a better, smoother experience.
When I first filled out the pre approval application online I kinda thought I was silly because I didn’t really think I was in a situation where it would be possible… The first thing that happened was that I received an unexpected box with a pair of socks that said “we’re going to knock your socks off” lol so I thought ok I will wait and see! Sure enough I they did!!!! The first person I talked to was Crystaline Loveless and she gave me some ideas of what to do to help in my situation to improve my credit score and it worked!!! I wouldn’t have tried it so soon if it wasn’t for her!!! She has offered up so much positivity this whole time and it has encouraged me a lot!!! She’s super helpful and positive at all times!!! I’m very thankful for her being on my team!!! Carson Brown also has done so much to help me with this process! I’m so impressed with him and getting all of this together! Super professional! The whole team went way above and beyond!!!!! I’ve been thinking how lucky I am that they have all been there throughout this whole thing and to be honest it makes me feel bad for anyone who has to go through this without such great people supporting them!!!! They made everything so much easier! Also, to be honest I know that they have all helped me to become a better person through their patience, kindness, positivity, encouragement, and professionalism!!! I really can’t say enough!!! This was my first house and I didn’t really know what to expect. You all helped me feel so less stressed about the process and the communication was amazing. Being fresh out of the Army is a scary thing. I have a brand new baby and wasn’t sure how to get us into a home. Veterans United made is so easy. They answered all my questions and pretty much did the heavy lifting. My team was on top of their game and communicated with me constantly so I never was left out of the loop and knew exactly what was needed of me. The only thing I could complain about is my interest rate. I was really hoping that a company working with veterans would have been able to offer lower rates. Otherwise, the team did great and I am happy with my experience.
