If you have not used your VA loan, I would really extremely consider using veterans United. This was one of the easiest processes in buying a house I could ever imagine. Think the only thing that was not dead on was expectations for written deliverables, every experience will be different but I had submitted something in written form several times until it was "accepted " by the underwriting etc, after a quick call to Lindsey the misunderstanding was taken care of with a verbal understanding of the situation and the expectations. Otherwise everything was pretty spot on A+
