Learn to communicate! Demands were made then had to be redone because no clear requirement was presented with demand. If you are going to make demands that the VA, Underwriters and even State don't require, you can at least lay out what is nessicery and hopefully why in writing so it can be met.

Overall great experience with VU. I loved the MyVeteransUnited interface, which allowed me to easily track required items and progress of my loan.
