I didn’t receive a survey for Juan or Lupe.Recovering from a long fight for my VA Disability %, I took a massive hit on my credit. Lupe Ortiz set me on a path with all the right tools and guidance. In less than 90 days, I was pre-approved, and roughly 30-45 days after that we closed on our house! It all started with her, one super star professional!As for Juan that guy needs to be a Supervisor, or some upper management position. Juan never forgot to call me back, he was always informative, every “let’s do this because I have a feeling we’ll need it” was right! Juan saved me so much time and frustration! Juan’s OpTempo was phenomenal, I wish he could work for me, or at least be my colleague!
From start to finish I feel like the process was streamlined, efficient, intuitive and the team was overall helpful.
Without a doubt, Veterans United was an excellent mortgage provider to work with again. I never should have taken a chance using another provider for our previous mortgage as it was far from a pleasant experience. Keep up the amazing work and commitment to our veterans.
