Nicole was running me all over town. She took away all my entitlements and said they
were not necessary. She was working on the wrong side. I was tramatized by all
the crisis demands. I had a flash back to when I was a teen ager and given shock
treatment. I had buried over 50 years - now I am faced with it forever.
I have many problems in the new place because of technology. She did not know her job and Robert Kavaly ? had to get on her case. I should not have been given so many demands - I did my work way ahead of time and she was way behind with her part.
I have never worked with any transaction as poorly as this one was. I am still upset
over that and now dealing with problems at my condo. I now know why my memory is so poor. My brain was fried to make me forget as a teenager.

Veterans United was fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! We got our approval letter in mid-August 2022 and closed on our home November 4th, 2022! The process was very easy and Tyler and Donna were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process.
