The first time I tried to go with Veterans Hnited was not a pleasant experience for me years ago I had a loan officer that was not people friendly and definitely not for me . When I called Brian he took all my info and said that I would be able to get a house in November 2022. I had some prior financial obligations and he said I will be ready to go in November. Almost a year later . He never forgot about me he got me hooked up with Brian Mullins my realtor in my town . This whole team started to like call and introduce themselves ask me if I had any questions and began to take care of personal needs . I had my doubts because of the first experience with veterans United and I was I overwhelmed with so much attention! This team made me feel like a million dollars . Step by step day by day I used the tools online and followed the instructions . My team answered and questions I had via phone , email or a just call! I have never had this kind of services! I’m proud to be a veteran and I’m proud of Veterans United providing me with a team I will never forget ! The struggle is real but I didn’t do it along! This team reassured me with any doubts that everything gonna be ok and if we hit a bump we can work together and fix it ! I’m telling my story because most vets like me having poly trauma issues don’t won’t to deal with a lot of people let a long all the paperwork ! This was the smoothest transition I have ever had ! Veterans United was a pleasure to work with. Josh and his team were generally right on top of everything throughout the loan process. Thanks to them, we were able to get a VA loan. We had never applied for one before since my husband got out of the service in 1969. Josh taught us a lot during the process. It was nice having one source to go to for loan, insurance, and concierge, which was an added surprise. Thanks again, Josh and your team!!

Buying real estate is stressful enough, but add the move across country to a new State and new community, it becomes especially stressful. The team that Veterans United put together to help my 100% disabled veteran husband and myself made it all possible for us to move to be closer to our family.
Tried to cancel the loan and was unsuccessful, now I have to deal with all the late payments and penalties on my own due to their incompetency. Funding was 2 weeks late from closing and the final closing was changed multiple times after the notary copy was signed.

This is my 4th experience with obtaining a loan for home/land and was by far the easiest and less stressful. The ability to text and call your loan officer paired with the ability to upload documents through a user-friendly app far outweighs working between set bank hours and communicating through voicemail. I will work with Veterans United for all future loan needs. Thank you for everything!

Overall great experience. The electronic system makes the process flow smooth and quick. Numerous resources available that help a buyer make informed decisions.
