The team at Veterans United is Awesome!This is my first home purchase and I was baffled with all the steps from preapproval to final closing. They are very understanding and helped with any questions we had. Answering quickly with positive reassurance.It is no wonder they have backed so many home owners like myself. I would have been lost without them.

Veterans United could not make it any easier to buy a home or refinance. We have done both in the past year and have really appreciated their help and enjoyed working with them. Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations. Respond to emails and upload requested documents in a timely fashion and things will go smoothly. You can't go wrong with Veterans United!!
Veterans United was great and truly care about saving veterans money. After shopping around they had the lowest rate and closing cost. If your not approved at first, they will tell you what needs to be done to get approved. Other places i dealt with just told me i was denied and come back when i have a certain score.
My son is active and I Will Not Recommend Veterans United to him or to any other servicemember or veteran for their mortgage needs. A new home purchase should not be this stressful, especially for our brave servicemembers and veterans. They have enough to worry about, and a lack of communication and transparency when purchasing a home should not be one of them!

The easiest home buying process I have ever been involved with. When and if I needed something all I had to do was ask and within moments I was talking to a person from the team on the phone.

Karol and her team were hands down the best VU team we've ever worked with. This was a months-long process for us but she stuck by our side the entire time always quickly answering emails making sure we had all the information we needed. She patiently worked with me calculating prospective house payments with the varying interest rates too. I am incredibly grateful for that.
Melissa, our transaction coordinator, was always verrrry quick to respond to my texts/emails making sure we had everything we needed but also made sure they got what they needed from us to move to keep moving forward which frankly, took some patience on her part. ;)
Brittany, our concierge, checked on us throughout the entire process, researching all of the information we needed to get set up in our new town.
If we buy another house anywhere in Tennessee again, I will go straight back to Karol and her team for help. She spoiled us and frankly, I liked it!
