Thus was the 3rd time I used my VA loan benefit and was by far the best experience. The process was seamless and not stressful at all. I highly recommend VU to any veteran looking to purchase a home.

Overall communication could improve, it felt like a lot of people involved but that communication wasn't clear between them
It seemed that there was a lot of confusion throughout the process. It was Nathan's job to explain things, but it seemed like everytime we talked he was telling me that I misunderstood something, but after awhile you got to start to wonder if I'm misunderstanding so much than your not doing a good job of explaining. Other then that not bad for my first home purchase.
