Miscommunication between lender representatives and us. Lengthy time to get back to us when voicemails at left for a urgent response. Last minute requests which delayed our closing several times! Would tell us one thing and another team member would tell us A another. I would get the required documents in and then it would change last minute and delay closing. Lenders delayed closing 3 times and cost me over $5,000 in Uhual and hotel fees. And ofcourse we could not back out of the deal because we would lose all money invested, so they had us by the balls. Caused a lot of emotional damage. Destroyed my mental health. Fyi this purchase involved a move from Chicago to Texas with a given approximate close date of June 29th. We didn’t close till July 18. It was a disaster dealing with this company. As soon as I can refinance I am out and never returning. I do not recommend. We are seeking attorney advise.

After using veterans united it made me wonder why anyone wouldn’t use them. From the top to the bottom everyone who worked on my loan made it so simple that even my dog could do it.
It started out stressful because it is a lot that goes into it but thanks to my loan specialists Vishal and Christy I finished strong!!!
Very good and quick on things at least for the team I had work with me.
I was worried about timing with the loan closings, my current home was in contact to sell & I intended to use the proceeds from my sale as part payment on my new home. Everything went sideways & my buyers backed out. Ashley & Olivia reworked my loan so I would not loose my new home,, a great team to work with!!

When we first started our loan application, the initial loan officer we were assigned was not very responsive. I’m not sure if he was reassigned to a different case, but I couldn’t get ahold of him via text, email, or call. Once Brandon was assigned and picked up my packet, everything went through quickly.
Daniel was a great first person to talk to I confide in him very much and he was always ready to help me.You can not ask for a better team of professionals to help you though a very difficult decision of your life.
