I will never recommend using Veterans United and Jerry specifically ever. They have dropped the ball on our deal, by setting up our escrow account completely wrong, which cause it to go into a $3000+ negative balanced at end of year one and increased our monthly payment by over $300 per month. They did not follow the Tax Certification Sheet nor did they setup up the Property tax payments properly, as they were supposed to. If you deal with them, highly recommended hiring a financial advisor from somewhere else to go over the paperwork and numbers separately to make sure they don’t make mistakes like that. Awful company, even worse agent. Definitely not coming back to this one.
