Everyone kept me on top of what was needed and made it very easy to submit the information. The realtor was very helpful and the whole team did a fantastic job keeping me informed of what was needed, the next steps and providing information for my new home in regards to setting up utilities, garbage pick up, security, wifi etc. I would highly recommend Veterans United Realty to other prospective buyers.

the process was very informational
It was good working with the team. I was not totally happy with not using my title company of choice and finding out at the last moment that the loan would not fund for 3 days. All things being equal, service was good.
I keep having problems in making my payments every month with Carrington. They don't recognize my loan number.

Veterans United helped us when no other lenders wanted to assist even though my credit was good and improved my finance binder. Kat Weissborn gave me a call with a pre approval after looking at my info within 24hrs and from there her and her team guided us the whole way. From there Desi stepped in to assist us with the Loan documents and process and made it sooooo easy to understand. I love VU and don’t know why everyone gives this lender a hard time. Also to note this is my first time EVER using a VA loan and I’ve been in the service for 17years. If they can make it easy for me and my family, they can do the same for you!!!We love it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for VA LOANS.
