The representative texted me so I didn't have to deal with emails or long phone call waits. I am a first time buyer and I had tons of questions and concerns. They helped me with all of them. If it where not for Veterans United hard work and dedication I would not have this house. My wife and I would be homeless. They are amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Poor communication, expectations discussed at onset were not met (45 day close was pushed to 8 mths), had to repeatedly provide documents due to outrageous closing time, lack of knowledge of what was going on most of the time
