Let me just start off by saying that in the beginning, I shopped around with a few lenders. I hesitated at first and went with another local lender, one that I thought I could see face to face when I had questions. The lending agent talked the talk so I signed with them. And then customer service went out the window! The ol' bait and switch. It was horrible- calls and texts ignored, appraisal not ordered. Then I reached back out to Veterans United for help and Mike and his team picked up the fumble and made me a believer.
