There were some rough patches in the early stages. Yet the team was able to make up for it in spades. Only thing I would change, I feel like I was the last to know anything. Even though most of the work is done on the lenders end, there were times I felt like I was in the dark about what was going on. Better communication would have completely solved that.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH VETERANS UNITED WAS OUTSTANDING. I GLAD I WENT WITH THEM GETTING MY HOME LOAN. THEY WORK WITH ME FOR OVER 5 MONTHS WHILE MY HOME WAS BEING BUILD. ANY QUESTINS I HAD THEY WHERE ALWAYS THEIR TO ANSWER THEM. I WOULD RECMEND THEM TO ANY VETERAN.

The entire experience was incredible. The whole team was there every step of the way to answer any questions I could have. The response time was quick and all questions where answered even if they had to go the extra mile to get the answers for you. It was like having angels watching over you the entire process.

The whole team failed to communicate with me. I was buying a house while in another country, so the call and leave a voicemail option was not an acceptable action for my family. Would take 2-3 emails to finally get a response, in which none of my questions would actually be answered. The lack of communication delayed my closing 3 separate times. Altogether as a first time home buyer this was a completely terrible experience and I will never use this company again.
If you are a veteran, VETERANS UNITED IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!
