The entire team worked in unison to address every need and support that arose through the loan procural process.
All around good experience with Veterans United team players. They are dedicated to assist you in the process. Emails/phones calls to bring clarity and understanding to what the underwriters are requesting. Good personal record keeping practice is a must. Prepare for the VA Funding Fee which can be a surprise for those can't provide a down-payment. A down-payment will to bring the fee down. If you choose, it can be rolled into the loan. I would recommend Verterans United to others and use again on my next property when I decide to downsize. Thanks VU Team
