I was passed to 3 different agents. Ryan trotter first which was a terrible experience. Anthony Graziano was better but still not great. Britney was the best to deal with but I only dealt with her briefly. I lost out on alot of information, familiarity, and consistent communication because of this and I wouldn't think twice before I used someone else. Great way to make someone feel unimportant and discarded.

The homebuying process was a little stressful at times but my team was very patient with me as a first-time homebuyer. Towards the end of the process when there were so many different people involved, it was hard to reach coordinators and, at times, response times were a little sluggish. The "to-do's" were a little overwhelming, with employment verifications dragging on until the day before close. But all in all my loan officer Marie was awesome. She was always patient and respectful and very informative in her answers to my questions. I would enjoy working with her again in the future when I buy my next home.

Each individual member of the team was very professional, friendly, and competent. Nothing was rushed or unclear. They were very prompt and courteous. I have had a couple mortgages in the past that were handled by another reputable company very well. However, Veterans United did everything much better. I would have preferred to use Veterans United before.
