Their service is first rate,the customer is always their top priority. The make you feel welcomed and are always prompt in returning emails and phone calls. They get you the information you need and guide you at every step. I highly recommend this company to any Veteran looking to obtain a home loan. They work very hard at helping you from that first step to the day you get your keys to your home.

Tim and his team did not effectively communicate with each other or my realtor. I had to move my closing date twice due to them requiring last minute paperwork or funds per the underwriter. I was not talked through the points / closing costs effectively.
