Although Veterans United made efforts to compensate me for their mistake in the paperwork presented to the appraiser, it did not cover the substantial out of pocket cost I had to pay due to the mistake which I believe caused the low appraisal on the property.Also, by not using a local appraiser in the area was a problem. The one that was used did a poor job and made too many mistakes to ever be used again. The appraiser did not bother looking at the property fully or do correct comparison’s. The report showed many things left out and showed that she did not view areas and made guesses at what they were in the evaluation write up.
