This was my first time buying a home. And working with veterans United was frustrating at times. There was a lot of times that I didn’t know what was going on and I couldn’t get a straight answer from them. Or if I had a question, it would be almost a full 24 hours until that question got answered for me. That was very frustrating because we were already on a timeline and I made them very aware of that timeline, for example towards the end, when I needed to know how much cash to close I needed. They were very hesitant and slow on getting me my closing disclosure with my cash to close on it, which I needed in order to submit a loan request from my TSP retirement plan. It was a three day struggle, trying to get the closing disclosure from them, which then caused us to be late in closing on the house and because we were late on closing on the house we needed to rent from the sellers until the time that we closed, there was a lot of good things that happened as well. I absolutely loved their attitudes about everything and how they did always have an answer for my questions.

Had a little trouble with apps on m y phone but Jeremy was helpful on getting things done. Being a little older and technically challenged and trying to read things on a cell phone was a little challenging. But he was happy to help me through it.
