I’m sure I had a lot of questions that could be trying to the team, but they were very professional courteous and helped someone who’s never done this before through the process and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. This is our second house we have bought with Spencer and his team. His excellent customer service, continued professional, and level of knowledge is second to none. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned.
