When you imagine buying a home you imagine a lengthy and stressful confusing process. Not with Veterans United! We closed in under two months and the team was so informative and responsive. We had zero hiccups in our process and are very happy in our new home. A dream come true experience overall.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The entire team maintained a level of unmatched professionalism and consistency. Anytime I had a question or a sense of worry about the seekers timeline, they were there to answer and comfort us on our journey ensuring they could make it happen. And they did! I prefer doing business local, but with this team I always felt as if I were talking to the lender down the road. A+++!

The beginning of the process was easy and smooth, but it quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. Be careful of Nathan Anderson NMLS 1406929 and his “Team”. They’ll talk and butter you up ensuring everything is going smooth. But they are quick to make mistakes making delays in closing. Also they failed to have payments sent out in a timely manner causing you to have late fees and more interest charges that you’ll have to end up paying on your own. They will not fix anything or make any attempt to correct their errors. You’ll get passed off to another “Team” member that will just say the same things about how they are taking care of it. But you’ll have to do the leg work yourself. They are just another loan company, nothing sets them a part from any either company. Don’t let the “Veteran” title and formality fool you. They still have yet to reimburse me as they said they would for the late fees and extra interest fees I’ve occurred due to their negligence. Beware of what you’re getting yourself into. I will never recommend or use Veterans United again.

This was so painless. Everything was pretty much done on the internet or the app. They did call me to check in frequently. This was our first home purchase and couldn’t be happier from the preapproval process to closing top notch!! Would recommend to friends and family.
I would and have recommended Vet United to friends, they made buying my first home very easy, i barely had to do anything, just sign papers and some phone calls, I was even out of the country when I bought the house.
