Our loan officer Tonya Dawson was exceptional. Answered all of our questions and then some, communicated promptly and in detail, and sent us notifications when there was a task to complete. I will recommend her personally to any friend in Lawton looking to buy a home.

Overall, Veterans United was so very easy to work with. They took time to answer all of my many questions and did so quickly and efficiently. They worked hard to get us preapproved and get us into a home that suited our needs. On top of that, they were friendly, quick to respond, not just to our relator, but to us personally. I'm so grateful for the team that worked on our loan. They put up with all of my nerves and did so with friendliness and professionalism. I appreciate all that they did!

Brian, Stephen and Eric were attentive and kept me in the loop with each step of the process! They were prompt in their replies to emails and texts, and helped me stay informed as to what documents they needed me to review and sign via the MyVU app. So long as I was quick to act, they were quick to follow up and it keep the process rolling along swiftly.
Electronically signing everything they needed throughout the process was easy in itself, and made closing later on ridiculously quick and easy!
I lucked out and found our new home so suddenly that I didn't get to do much with a Home Buying Concierge, unfortunately. If Tiowana's anything like the rest of the team, that would've been a fabulously easy experience as well, I'm sure!
