This has been a really stressful experience. I feel like I’ve went through every emotion imaginable and honestly glad it’s finally over. The no communication, constant emails without calls to explain anything. I honestly feel like if I would’ve went with another lending company I would’ve closed a lot sooner with less issues that happened during the closing process.

I can only imagine how exhausting it must have been to deal with communication issues and delays—it’s not the kind of experience we want anyone to have.

I loved the Veteran's United App, especially the To-Do list! It's amazing how organized this group is. Hard to believe that we closed within such a short window of time! Such a pleasant experience, when does that ever happen?
