Veterans United has always been my go-to for VA loans. They are fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I only rate at a 9 just because they do have high fees that are thrown in. Expect about $14k by time you close.

This loan was the second time I used Veterans United. Overall it was ok. I did get to closing in the end. However, sometimes it was difficult for my realtor to get an answer from the loan coordinator. Several emails were sent with no response.
