The home buying experience was not an easy one. We had many ups and downs and complications but Michael and Katy were there for me every step of the way. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn't be in my new house right now. They made my dreams a reality!
Everything overall was smooth and easy. The loan team was fantastic. I tried to use a veteran United realtor and that was the hardest part. They called me one time to enroll me in onehome. He didn’t seem to care what fit my needs or what I was looking for other than an area around where I was looking, and how much I got approved for. I asked him about a few places and he said I couldn’t get approved due to it being too old or a modular home. I went with a different realtor and within looking at 3 houses I had made an offer on the house I would purchase. Now into the loan… everything was fairly easy however the interest rate they gave me quoted was locked in even though the rates dropped drastically from offer to closing. When closing you receive the final document to close all numbers should be ran and current interest rates should be applied.
