THE PROCESS TO REFINANCE WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS
Veterans United is an excellent company. I trust Jessica and her team they were easy to work with and I have no desire to work with another company.I would highly recommend them to others.
Underwriter department was causing unnecessary delays. Throughly reviewing documents is understandable, but delaying a closing by weeks instead of days is ridiculous. If they’re going to continue to request new info or updated info, they should probably put re-reviews at the highest priority rather than another “up to 3 more days” for review again every time.
