Trust the process , if you want to buy a home veterans united is a good company to work with.

Thank you for the lovely gift if etched glasses. They are pretty and was totally unexpected.

I would highly recommend Katy, Danielle and Edie to anybody looking to buy a home. All agents were extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I went into this without little to no knowledge on home buying and they were all patient and helpful with everything. Thanks again!

Veterans United in Puyallup WA is a go to lender. My experience with Tammy Hemmie is nothing less than exceptional. She has taken her responsibility seriously, always available any time including weekends. Response time is quick knowing there are other clients aside from us. Tammy has the ability to explain in clear and concise format what to expect and, has the patience to untangle any miscommunication or misunderstanding on our part. The only issue is, always have a working laptop and printer/scanner if you want your home buying experience to go smoothly. Required document may be asked anytime, including the 11th hour of a timeline.

We did so much research before deciding to start the process and while it was great to be informed we also learned about how horribly things can go. Needless to say I was very stressed but then we contacted Veterans United and they set us up with their credit specialist to help us get the right score to qualify. Once we reached our goal we started the preapproval and also got set up with a real state agent. The preapproval and underwriting was a breeze! They requested documents ahead of time so by the time we got to the final review all we had to do was wait.

I found Veterans United to be there for be at anytime and with the answer to my questions and to do what's in your best interest. As a senior citizen we are prey for the those who want only to enrich themselves. You can feel safe with Veterans United.

VUHL really worked with us for ab a year total. Now it took us maybe a little over 30days to close on a home. We contacted them the year before to be sure that we were perpared and it took us a while to find a home that could accommodate our family but not once did they shift us to the bottom of the line, change our representative,or floods us with robo calls. Even when hiccups happened they stuck in there with us Collin Ward is so genuine, polite, professional and informative the one time he didnt know something he found out within a day outside his business hours at that. He was the #1 reason we stayed with VUHL and them being familiar with VA benefits is why we choose them.
Response from Veterans United
Dustin, the hard work put in by everyone is so appreciated. Thank you for taking time out of your day to share these comments with our team. We are always striving to create a great experience, so feel free to share anything else you believe could help our customers in the future.
Jeff was amazing. He made me feel like I was not just a number or a applicant. He made me feel like a friend that had only my best interest in mind because he did. He never made promises he couldn't deliver and always kept me updated and truly made a friend. Jeff is truly the best at what he does. My journey started with Jeff when I called in panic because I only had three weeks to a month to refinance my new home that was almost done, he then found out that I had a couple credit bumps and then sent me to the lighthouse program to matthew lange which was also amazing help. Then after I completed and did what was asked of me I then was sent back to jeff and ryan to complete my loan and they did that and more. Jeff and Ryan are the best at what they do and I will never use anyone but that team ! Thank You Jeff and Ryan so much for helping me and my family ! Semper Fi

The easiest most transparent home buying experience your will have.

If you read my above comments it goes into detail, but UV only seem to care about making money, which I understand, but don't claim that you care about veterans when you only care about yourselves and money. I do have to admit we were finally fixed and most everything was resolved, but only until I filled a formal complaint and spoke to the supervisor advocate. Maybe we had just one bad experience, but again working with the lender we had, she only cared about money and what seemed like bleeding us for more money, instead of helping and showing us where to save.
Response from Veterans United
