I would not hesitate to go back to Veterans United for anything mortgage-related.
Several months ago I researched which mortgage lender worked best with my VA Home Loan benefit. Other veterans, soldiers I served with, and even Reddit lead me to Veterans United. I am now sitting in my new home, that I own, and is cheaper than my rent was and I only needed a smartphone.
Veterans United has everything figured out to the smallest detail---couldn't recommend them enough if you want to buy a home!
I was skeptical because of all the so called veteran organizations that say they help but screw you in the end, Veterans United changed that opinion and have already referred one of my friends to them because of the excellent care I got from Rob and his team. I strongly urge any and every veteran to check them out when shopping for a home.
Overall was a great experience. They were prompt and respectful throughout the process. I could tell they were on my side every step of the way and made the process of buying my first home incredibly easy. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
My team at veterans united was tremendously helpful during my first home purchase. Even through the challenges covid19 brought the team and Isreal made the process as easy and least stressful as possible. Every time I had a new document to review and sign they posted a video explaining what right looks like and very thorough in the explanation of what the document was saying or the reason for it. Thank you veterans united!
Although it was a stressful process, I am thankful that in the end Veterans United called me and told me they would fix it, and they did.

Veterans united home loan is a great choice for our first home loan. We had a great experience with the whole process. The online format was easy to sign and vie documents, no need to stop by the office to review new documents. Also, the team was very easy to work with. We love that the process was easy but we wish we could have avoided paying down the rate, however, it will pay off in the end.
