Chase and Emily did a wonderful job communicating with us and ensuring we understood the process the entire time. Even when I asked 100 questions and still didn’t understand, Chase never lost patience and laughed with me as he tried to explain our options. 11/10 recommend Veterans United and their staff. I was a little worried with an entirely online bank/loan provider but they were always available even more so than a traditional bank.
