If we could give Aimee and Kat a score of 20 instead of 10 we would in a heartbeat. They cheerfully walked us through all of the steps needed to refinance our mortgage, always patient with our questions and always being sure we understood our options. Phone calls, emails or texts were always answered quickly. each time there was an item on the Veterans United check list of things we needed to respond to they made sure we saw it and followed through. As we were looking for our new home for a long time, they worked with us to keep our pre approval status current with a minimum amount of effort needed on our part.
