What a team ! Veterans United was in my corner every step of the way… customer service was amazing and I felt valued.
Thanks for all of your assistance during the loan process. Honestly though my wife Mona did most of work on this end!!
You guys were great and we ended up closing within a month. My realtor was very impressed with you guys and I will without a doubt refer you to everyone I know!
Exceptional service.
Anne,
This woman deserves a raise!! She was always there for my wife and I and always explained things thoroughly about my streamline refinance! With her and her teams expertise, it made the process smooth and painless!!
There were a few things concerning the refinancing that I was a little unsure about initially. Anne responded quickly to my inquiries, she explained the whole course of action from beginning to end. How it works, everyone's role, how the new rate would affect my finances etc. Also, Erika was in touch with me the whole time. She kept me posted each step of the way and let me know if there was anything i needed to do or emails to expect etc. Very cordial and professional, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you both.
Anne, Jaclyn, and Alexandra were all professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great at all times during the process. Anne kept me on track with the details and next steps but was not at all pushy. Jaclyn updated me on everything from pest control to insurance, appraisal status, to mortgage verification. She made the process make sense and removed the apprehension by providing a checklist with due dates and explaining the next steps.
