OH MY GOODNESS,, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I went into this scared and confused. Pretty certain I was shooting for Jupiter. YOU ALL MADE IT SO EASY. I was dealing with other issues in my life at same time, but the part with this loan was simple enough to let me keep going. I lost my mother 10 days before closing. Being 1800 miles apart was difficult but this process kept my mind occupied. NOW I am relaxing in a home to totally love.
