Communication was outstanding! Anytime I had any question or concern she got back with me immediately. My realtor and title company was singing her praises and the entire VU team. I've worked with Asli numerous times over the years and it is a pleasure each time.

Very professional, yet personal and understanding. This was my second time to use Asli as my mortgage loan officer.

This experience was a little less than stellar I would say. It seems like there could be some opportunity for improved communication around processes and timelines. I also feel like the EEM had the ball dropped this time. However, overall I was still able to close on time and successfully thanks to the hard work of the team so I would certainly say that was the goal.

Especially grateful that we were comfortable asking questions and never felt like we were being stupid.
