Brad was very confused with the info he gave us as well as the info we gave him. He told us numerous times he had family in the hospital and clearly wasn’t able to remember the refinance info we wanted to do for the loan. It was very frustrating and took forever. We did get the the refinance percentage we wanted to it worked out in the end but definitely felt like we were getting scammed through it.
I probably couldn’t put into words how fantastic it was to work with Brad and Jake. Brad kept me informed of everything the whole way and was a breeze to talk to— especially with my million hypotheticals and questions and scenarios. Jake worked so diligently. He was on top of every detail and never missed a beat. You would have thought he was buying the house by how detailed he was— and I say that in the absolute best way possible.
