I had a very positive experience with Ms. Brandi. She’s definitely a wonderful loan officer.
Brandi was excellent in everything and in every way.Brandi What’s a very thorough and consistent. She communicated well with us, We never had a problem reaching her, she was very prompt in getting back with us, and we appreciate that.
I have worked with Brandi Arvidson for a few years while relocating from the west coast in 2020, up until now as we have made final plans to remain in our current location permanently. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and her team (Jesse Arnold/Alex Ladage).
Slow to respond, low energy. Made me feel as if I was bothering her - all of the representatives I death with (Thomas and Ruby also).
Brandi and Alex were amazing! They were very responsive if I had any questions. They really do care and listen. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us. Thank you both!!
As a first time homebuyer there has been a lot of new experiences and things to learn during the home buying process. Veterans United made the process so easy and smooth. The level of care and communication was outstanding. They answered all of my questions and made every single step as smooth as possible.
