He exemplifies a strong commitment to instilling confidence in home buyers and it's clear that what he does goes beyond "reading from a script" or just checking off the boxes.Abby constantly followed up with us every step of the way, at one point I believe Brian was out of the office and we had sent him an email with a question and Abby made a point to call us back, not email, to answer our question. Great Customer service and expertise!

Relax a little on home refinancing. I shouldn’t have to get a well water test or pest test if I’m already living in the home. I understand these tests for a new home but not when I’m already living in it. If it had issues, I would know.
