Brice was EXCELLENT! He was able to keep my requests in mind and made them a reality in a difficult process as major repairs were required causing the closing date to be extended multiple times. This was not his, mine or VU's fault, but he was able to maintain numbers that worked for me. Also, he communicated often and if he couldn't get me via a call or email, he would text. I cannot express how much this meant to me as I can be difficult to get ahold of when working. He also answered any questions (no matter how mundane) usually within 5 minutes, in a manner which I was able to understand (I am not a Loan Officer). I don't say this lightly, but Brice is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. I do believe communications is the key to any process, and Brice was superior in this respect. If he thought I didn't understand something, he was able to explain it in a different way, until I got it! I really feel like he was watching out for me in the whole process, kept me well informed to both positive and negative attributes, and recommended how to proceed based on current and past conditions, this was vey appreciated. It is very rare that someone takes the time to really help someone with minimal understanding , but Brice did - actually listened and followed through!!!!
