Brie was great!
Brie is definitely an asset to Veterans United. I had the greatest experience of buying a home, with her exceptional professionalism and guidance. Brie made it easy for me. I followed her directions and actually she did all the hard work. It's been three years in the making and finally the Blessing happened. She stayed in touch with me when I gave up and the market wasn't doing good on a buyers end. Brie and her team are the best and I'm proud to say that I will be her Southetn Oregon recruiter. 😃. Brie I thank you with all my heart ❤️ felt gratitude YOU ARE THE BEST. Veterans United should be proud to have an energetic professional lady as you are.
Thank you again so very much for making my dream come true with lots of BLESSINGS... Brie has built a strongly unique team. They all have been really kind and definitely helpful.
BRIE YOUR THE BEST
Thank you again

There were issues with communication, issues with numbers, I caught about $15k in clerical issues and funding numbers. There were issues with not knowing some VA rules for using COEs. We kept going between Brie and Jessica when I asked why there was a new person I didn’t even get a real response and she didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. The first day on our todo lists there were things added that Washington state doesn’t even require that my realtor had to correct her on. I was very frustrated with everything. Even on the day we were supposed to sign our closing documents we had a last minute phone call to sign because Brie forgot a link to send to the title company. These are just some of the issues abbreviated. I will never go through veterans United again. If my dad wasn’t recently diagnosed with cancer we would have had more time to look for other lenders. I was shocked to even get a request for a survey.
Very attentive to my needs and questions. I was a first time buyer and she helped me navigate through everything.
Brie was amazing to work with! She was very thorough in explaining the whole process and was always going out of her way to make sure I'm getting the right information. She was so helpful that I considered her a very good friend who's looking out for my best interest while still maintaining professionalism. I wish I bought my other properties with VU just so I can work with her! Best service, prompt communication, and excellent care was provided to me, thanks to Brie and the VU team!!
