When I started this I had no idea what to expect. Brittany and the entire team walked me through a step at a time. Each one of them had a part and they streamlined the process and made it way easier than I thought it would be. They were available for questions in a timely manner and even talked to me when they were on personal time. That meant a lot. They all made it as personable as possible. Kudos to everyone!!
Huge thanks to my amazing team for helping me navigate the home-buying process! Your support meant a lot, and I couldn’t have done it without you guys. From start to finish, you provided outstanding service, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Your attention to detail, quick responses, and commitment to finding the perfect home for me and my family were truly impressive. I appreciate each and every one of you for going above and beyond - thank you so much! 🙏
Brittany and her whole team was fantastic and responded to my questions within a couple of minutes
Not ever dealing with VA, I didn't know how long it would take to finally close. That said. four months is way too long and if I had not committed to you, I would probably have tried a second VET carrier! The staff was great but it seems as soon as one new document was completed, another "popped up" which got very frustrating! Being a Veteran Mortgage company, I would have thought that a loan should have been more "streamlined" and with a faster closing! There must be a way to move things faster within the system. VU was hired to do the work but I often felt I had to get it done myself....and was never put on the payroll or even offered a discount for the time I spent getting things moving and done!!!
They worked hard to get us to closing.
