Carl Thomas
Carl grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before moving to Missouri to attend the University of Missouri (Mizzou) where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. Columbia, MO really became home when he met his wife and found his dream job with Veterans United. Carl enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also is an avid sports fan of all Wisconsin teams and of course, the Missouri Tigers! He recently went through the loan process himself helping him truly understand the feelings of excitement, confusion, and at times, anxiety that come with the home buying process. Having the opportunity to help our service men and women navigate this exciting process, and also obtaining their homes is a true honor.

EVERYONE except Carl was the BEST!!!!!! The ONLY issue I have with this team is Carl's response time. It was the WORST!!!!! Sometimes I would have to call, text or email MULTIPLE times to get an answer!! The rest of the team was AWESOME!!!!!! ESPECIALLY Morgan and Suzann!!!! If I could have just dealt with them 2 it would have been the BEST experience EVER!!!!! They BOTH went ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to do to assist us in getting this loan pushed thru and APPROVED!!!!!
I can't say enough good things about the service I received from my team at United Veterans. They kept me informed with every step that was taking to get me to closing. My loan officer Carl Thomas which is one of the best people I know would contact me after hours and discuss how we could improve my chances on getting to the end. I didn't start the process with United but ended up switching over at the last minute because Carl reached out to me and asked if he could help me get a better rate.
