Chance was great and informed me of anything and everything I asked, which as a first-time home buyer, was a lot. Chance also helped me save money by being at the ready any time the market looked ready for a favorable interest rate. He also gave his advise quickly and never had a phone call last more than 10 minutes. Since I always had all my questions answered, this was a huge help in my busy career. Naturally, the documents were easy to sign and were always explained if need be.
