He was very understanding and take his time to explain some things/process and answered all questions. The only thing it was a little difficult to be in contact sometimes, but everything else it was a great experience

Chase had worked with me previously but I was not qualified for pre approval due to my lack of time in employment. With that being said he assured me all will be well if I just wait a year and let him know when I was ready to try again, and when I was ready (a year later) we got approved and moved myself into a home a month later. Couldn't be happier with the work he’s done and his team.

My team of Chase, Matt and Brittany were very professional and responsive. Generally, they were able to answer questions on the spot and if not would find the answer and get back to me. While professional, they also carried a friendly and casual/comfortable demeanor.

Chase was fantastic from the very first phone call he made to me. He explained every single thing as detailed as I asked for, or as basic as I wanted. He checked in from time to time, but was not annoying about it in the least. It was because of Chase’s customer service that I chose to go with Veterans United over other agencies. That speaks volumes.
